Art in the Atrium brings local artists into the spotlight, offering the community a chance to appreciate and purchase art at accessible prices while also supporting the Library.
The Atrium Gallery showcases rotating monthly exhibits featuring a diverse range of artistic mediums. Next time you visit, take a moment to explore the latest exhibit, discover a new favorite artist, and maybe even take home a piece of local art—then, of course, don’t forget to grab your books!
Our September Art in the Atrium exhibit features local artist David Kingman, whose journey with painting began the same year he traded 62 years in the Midwest flatlands for a full-time view of Montana’s mountains. The show pairs a handful of his earliest paintings with new works capturing the greater Yellowstone landscape — a beautiful look at where his artistic journey started and where it’s taken him since. Stop by to see the show, and know that a portion of all sales directly benefits the Bozeman Public Library!
